AEQ technology in the new Olesa Ràdio studio.

The Catalonian broadcaster already operates the Forum IP Split digital console and the AudioPlus automation system.

Radio Olesa is one of the traditional radio stations of the Catalan audiovisual scene, founded more than 40 years ago, it has always enjoyed a large audience in the area thanks to a varied programming with a high content of information and proximity, music, sports and entertainment. It is possible to follow its broadcasts from 90.1FM or via streaming from its website.

As the core of its new studio, the company's management has selected the AEQ FORUM digital audio mixer and the AEQ AUDIOPLUS automation system.

AEQ FORUM IP SPLIT is a mixing console designed for ONAIR broadcast control. It incorporates all the basic features necessary in this type of environment: automatic monitor cut, cough cut, faderstart, signalling control, control signals for the automation of external equipment, external communications management, intercommunication, etc.

With its modular design and small size, it adapts perfectly to different scenarios: self-control, control-locutory, television production controls, sound production, mixed configurations, integration in large installations, etc. Simplicity and control power are combined in the AEQ FORUM IP console to cover both basic and advanced operation needs. The FORUM IP SPLIT version comes with the FR CORE modular engine in 3 rack units. It can be composed of up to 6 quad fader modules and a control and monitoring unit.

On the other hand, the AEQ AudioPLUS automation system brings digital technology in computer-based broadcasting systems to those radio stations that professional automation has not yet been able to reach. Based on the Mar4Suite systems installed in thousands of high and medium level studios, in networks of up to hundreds of stations, this new product has been developed for the majority of radio studios, in stand-alone stations or in chains with only a few stations per station.

AEQ AudioPLUS offers new features, adapted to the real needs, technical skills and purchasing power of most stations. It incorporates tools for manual, automatic and remote-controlled playout, automatic programming of music and advertising, as well as content generation and editing. Unlike other moderate-cost applications, this great tool for small and medium-sized stations has the power and quality of the best. Designed for Windows operating systems and SQL Server databases, it has a simple self-installation wizard, is compatible with low-cost audio cards and has complementary editing and management tools.
