ERTFLIX International is proud to announce its role as media sponsor for the Los Angeles Greek Film Festival (LAGFF), taking place from June 1-9, 2024. This prestigious event will feature prominent figures from the film and television industry.
Each year, LAGFF showcases a diverse array of projects by Greek filmmakers, including short and feature films across all genres—fiction, documentary, and animation. Many of these films are co-produced by ERT as part of its commitment to supporting Greek cinema through its funding programs.
Over the past four years, ERTFLIX has experienced remarkable growth. As the leading Over-The-Top Greek platform, ERTFLIX has been accessible to Greeks living abroad since last October, offering a rich array of ERT programming to a global audience.
On June 8th, ERTFLIX International, in collaboration with LAGFF and the Greek Consulate in Los Angeles, will host a roundtable discussion on television production. This event will feature guests from Greece and around the world, discussing the evolving landscape of television.
Additionally, on the same day, ERTFLIX International will be presented to attendees from the audiovisual industry and the Greek community in Los Angeles. This presentation will highlight the content and services offered by the platform.
ERT’s participation in this event underscores its dedication to Greeks living abroad. ERTFLIX International aims to bring Greeks worldwide closer to their homeland, fostering a meaningful and interactive relationship. The platform not only showcases ERT’s programs and productions but also highlights the works of Greeks living abroad within Greece.
