New versions of three DVB specs published by ETSI.

The specifications library on the DVB website was updated this week to reflect ETSI’s publication of three updated DVB documents.

The changes in each case are largely editorial or for alignment with other DVB specifications. The publications in question are:
DVB-DATA, DVB-S2X and DVB-SI Guidelines.
